Brad absolutely went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire process. Im not going to go into the how or what, he knows. From day one, he made us feel like a priority and was always there whenever we had questions or needed advice. He was incredibly responsive, honest, and easy to work with, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. He did such a great job of including my wife in the whole process even though it was just me purchasing which made her feel awesome! What really stood out was how much effort Brad put into making sure everything went smoothly for us. He consistently went the extra mile and genuinely cared about helping us every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. There are those that "do good customer service" and then there's Brad. It wasn't customer service as a service. It was him being exactly who he was which is naturally an amazing person. This is our 3rd or 4th house we've bought. With over 40 photos included in the listing, Denise was careful to capture the life moments our future buyer would experience when they walked onto our property and it showed in the feedback! - They knew how to negotiate the difficult things such as buyer/seller requests as well as the offer/counter offer process and become advocates for us when the moments mattered. - They used a streamlined notification system for the showing schedule that automated with our calendars. - They had a connection for every potential household need that could pop up and the connection was reasonable and provided quality work. We are thankful we chose Troy and Denise to be our realtors and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality team to represent you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Troy and Denise were amazing to work with! Moving back to Oklahoma from West Texas, they were incredibly generous with their time and helped us make the most of every Saturday we had in town looking at homes while also doing virtual tours during the week.
