Our house was an older home in the country. She held an open house that was very well attended. The selling process was complicated by the demands of the appraiser but she handled it with ease. She found a contractor to take care of the appraisal requirements. She was efficient and easy to work with. She was always quick to respond and handled all the small problems that cropped up very quickly. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her services.
Julie is wonderful to work with and very easy to communicate with . she listens to your requests and goes above and beyond to do everything she can to make your experience wonderful she is very committed to representing you as her client and very professional always has a line of communication open for you or whenever questions you may have it was a pleasure working with her I strongly recommend her for anyone looking for an agent excellent experience and will use her for all my realtor needs
