We lost out on the listing over a year ago and when it popped back up she initiated the call to us, got a negotiated bid in that evening and worked closely with us through the due diligence. I most appreciated her rapid responses, professionalism and her commitment in obtaining this property for us. There were a few tricky items to work through during the purchase and she was always prompt in her communications to the listing agent and advocated for what we needed to get the property closed.
