Patrick was easy to work with and really helpful in finding a great home for my wife & I. He listens well and adjusts his recommendations quickly. Never pushy and super realistic about the flaws in homes as you're touring them. Not only that but when it came time to make an offer on a house we loved - he made it happen. Put in a strong offer & we got the house! Highly recommend!

Little hope until we met Patrick

Patrick did an incredible job in helping us find a home. In this crazy market we had little hope until we met Patrick. In less than 24 hours we had our offer accepted and found our dream home! Patrick and his team did a fantastic job in communicating and helping us throughout the ENTIRE process. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all his help and truly recommend working with him! 10/10 would recommend for anyone in need of buying a home.
