When the electricity bill for my building became unexpectedly high, I asked him to coordinate with an electrician to identify which devices were consuming excessive power. He successfully assisted the electrician in shutting off power to certain devices and helped label each switch on the circuit board. Additionally, whenever there were notifications from the county, he made sure to deliver them to me so I could address any issues. Steven is always responsive to my inquiries and requests, promptly providing the necessary assistance. He is also highly skilled in negotiating with realtors representing prospective buyers. Whenever I visited my building, he was always willing to meet with me to discuss any concerns, and he carefully assessed the building's structure and features to highlight as selling points. I highly recommend him without reservation.
