It was a pleasure to work with Dave as he sold my house on Mallard Pointe. He always gave immediate answers to my questions and feedback after open houses. I highly recommend him as a trusted person to work with.

First of all Dave is a great guy! A man of character, integrity, a family man and a personal friend. But that being said when you need an Agent who jumps right on getting your listing up and running within the first 24 hours, including Aerial pictures, interior and outside pictures, a listing in the MLS ( multiple ones ) PLUS a for sale sign in the yard…. You just know it’s a win/win situation!!! Dave is great at marketing and keeping you informed at all times. Highly recommend Dave Culbertson “Realtor Extraordinaire “

We were very impressed with Dave Culbertson’s knowledge of the current market and his plan for the sale of our home. His communication skills were spot on and his professionalism and attention to detail were unrivaled. His efforts and assistance went well beyond our expectations. We have no hesitation in offering our highest recommendation for Dave. He is an excellent realtor and we consider him to be our friend.

Communication was fantastic, she knew a lot about the area we were looking to buy in, very professional and helpful in this buying process.

She has strong communication, if she didn't know something, she found out and had quick turn around times. Pleasant and always kept appointments. Helped all the way thru the closing. Would definitely recommend!!
