Jessica listened to exactly what mattered to me most in my home hunting and set up a perfect list of homes for us to look at. She set the showings up around my schedule and to my surprise knew a couple of homes we looked at was missing important areas to me before I noticed myself. Jessica is very knowledgeable and professional at negotiating and understanding the market no doubt about that. For me what set her apart from ever other realtor is how she made me feel that I was her only client and what I was looking for and areas I needed in my new home was as important to her as it was for me. I felt like a friend or family member was there with me and I’m extremely thankful for how she made me feel like we’re in this together instead of just a realtor doing her job.

Dawn was an exceptionally wonderful realtor. I really didn’t have to do much. Dawn made sure everything was taken care of for me and made sure I understood all the paperwork that I was signing. She worked very hard for me to find my perfect home. If I ever need a realtor again, I would definitely choose Dawn again. Very professional.
