Kerri's communication skills are excellent; never any pressure, very honest, ethical, AND KNOWS THE MARKET WELL! Happy to work with her and the SBR team anytime! Amazing follow-up, no-pressure sales approach, and gets the job done!

We were pared up with Amy by chance through Zillow but from the first interaction to meeting her and then working with her throughout the process was effortless and a breeze truthfully. Once she knew what we were looking for she made sure we were able to find it. She also was great at communicating what was going on throughout the process. When we made our offer she gave us a few tips that I personally greatly appreciated.

Working with Kerri was an absolute game-changer. From day one, their level of attentiveness was unmatched—no phone call went unanswered, and every text or question was met with a prompt, thorough response. In today’s fast-paced market, having an agent who is genuinely on top of their game and constantly communicating makes all the difference.

Kerri was quite easy to work with and made us feel like we were a team. With very few rental properties on the market, she had to navigate somewhat unknown territory and seemed to enjoy the challenge, and even kept a good sense of humor in the process! We found her to be very responsive to any questions or concerns that arose and remained encouraging throughout our selling process from start to finish. She always did her best to be flexible and accommodating in order to get our properties the most exposure and was invested in finding the right buyer. Thank you, Kerri!

Angie appears very knowledgeable about the process and procedures taken to home buying. She made things very smooth, comfortable, and clear to those not as familiar with the process. She was available and answered any questions I had in a reasonable time frame. If it was a question she didn’t know the answers to, she made sure to go above and beyond to find the answer. She is a hard worker and appears to really care about her buyers. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Kerri is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. She had great advice about pricing and timing. She communicated updates quickly and was very responsive.

Set property at market value, communicated quickly with clear knowledge of process and assisted us in getting top dollar for our property.

Kerri's expertise and passion is pretty amazing - she helped us understand the difference a couple small updates would help in presenting the house and guided us through the listing, marketing, staging, showing and the selling of our house IN THREE DAYS! Thoroughly delighted with our experience.

While looking to relocate to Huron to buy a larger condo here, we were connected with Angie at Simply Beter Realty via Veterans United. We had to sell our smaller condo before we could buy a larger one, so Angie did what she does best, and had our condo sold in short order, at asking price minus a thousand dollars or two. She guided us through the hurdles; made sure we signed what we needed to sign when we needed to sign them and kept us in the loop on what the buyer was wanting from the sale. All the time coordinating showing us a new home, processing that necessary paperwork, and helping us stay in the loop on what the sellers of our new home were thinking about our requests in what we wanted from our purchase. Simply Better Realty .... a very appropriate name in our opinion.

Professional as a dual agent, knowledgeable made her trustworthy, offered solutions that are best case scenarios and always communicated.
