Cheryl was very easy to work with. She explained everything as the listing moved forward. Spent the appropriate amount of time in showing the property. Sold it for more than I had expected it to sell for. I would use her again, if needed in the future.

Trying to sell a house in Ohio while living in Florida is difficult, but Cheryl made the whole experience easy and quickly handled all matters pertaining to the sale of the house.
