I met Jody in late November 2025. What a nice lady. We were in the process of getting our rental in Ohio ready to sell. Once we contacted Jody about selling our property in May 2026, she put it on the market and it sold within one day and above asking price. The closing process was great. Throughout every step of this process Nora has been timely, ethically transparent, and overall a wonderful human to work with. We wouldn’t be here without her and I’m thankful every time I look at our “sold” sign in our yard that she chose to walk our line of chaos with us. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience.
