Cari was very responsive and provided us with advice along the way. Definitely knows her craft.

Cari Kost at Go Giver Real Estate has exceeded our expectations and more. From jumping in her car last minute at 8pm to drive 30 minutes away just to show our kids a house before we made a huge decision, to helping us work through the small but seemingly big bumps in the road. Taking phone calls while on vacation and texting us updates even if it’s 10pm because she knew it would help us sleep at night. Making our kids feel welcome even with last minute changes. Praying for us and our situation. Without her none of this would have been possible. If you are looking to buy or sell, call her!! You will not be disappointed.

Cari did an awesome job for us during a recent home purchase. First, we became very interested in a house but only had one day before leaving for a 2 week European vacation, and Cari came through with a showing first thing in the morning. As it turned out, we loved the house, so Cari helped us write a bid on it that very day before we left for Europe! And of course many details and documents required our attention while in Europe, but Cari was with us every step of the way. Even from a very different time zone, she did everything necessary to get us that house as soon as possible. She was always available for any questions or concerns, providing thorough and timely feedback. And, she closely monitored every step of the process to prevent delays. We got our dream house, and we feel we have a lot to thank Cari for!

Courtney helped facilitate a long distance home purchase. She got all the details and answers I needed, quickly, and toured the home, sharing photos and video with me. Every step of the way, as a first time homebuyer, I got all the assistance needed in the process. Would recommend Courtney a million times over. She was absolutely amazing!

Great communication, always there to help with any questions or concerns. If she doesn’t know the answer, she gets one in no time. Made everything comfortable for me as a first time home buyer.

I would highly recommend Courtney to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated real estate professional. Courtney took the time to understand my goals, provided expert guidance through every step, and communicated consistently so I always felt informed and confident in the process. Courtney’s communication style is clear, responsive, and personable, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She’s also incredibly professional, balancing a warm, approachable manner with a strong command of every aspect of the transaction.

Tish was outstanding in marketing and communication. She met our needs. She always was concerned about our thoughts and allowed us to make decisions. I would recommend Tish to anyone selling their home. Tish is about her clients, not herself. She went way beyond our expectations. We couldn't ask for a better realtor and now considered a friend. Thank you, Tisha!

Tisha was great to work with, she made sure that we had everything we needed to be set up for success. She was always there to answer questions and went above and beyond to try to make sure this process was as smooth as possible!

Very helpful and nice about everything. Every mistake was understood and no problems without it being taken care of with patience. I’m very happy with all the help I received and very glad I got to have the help I received with buying my first home. Thank you again for all the help.
