We worked with Stephen six years ago to buy our first home and he was wonderful to work with, so we went back to him when we were ready to sell. This was our first experience selling a home and Stephen was once again wonderful to work with. From start to finish, he added value to the process. He helped us pick paint colors, find contractors, and determine what items we should repair before putting the house on the market. He came up with a listing and pricing strategy that created a lot of buzz and got us several showings within the first week and consistent showings until the house sold. Once we had an offer, he provided us great advice throughout the negotiation process and we ended up in a place where everyone was happy with the outcome. We also worked with Stephen to purchase our second home and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Columbus area!

Amy was wonderful to work with and made the entire process so easy. She is truly the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with and this is my third house. I have recommended her to my family and my sister is having a similar experience. She is efficient and responsive hence why she is the only person I would want to sell my current house. Amy continues go above and beyond.
