She made sure every detail was covered. What was most impressive was the last minute work she did to make sure the title work was completed correctly, after a few details needed to be corrected at the eleventh hour. She kept telling us throughout this final process not to worry, that she would make the necessary phone calls to get it done correctly, and she did. And it all happened as originally scheduled.
