We are always advising people to rent a property from Bob, since in our many years in Athens OH, we would say he is the best landlord we have met and/or heard of. As a realtor, he really helped us every step of the way, very patiently and resourceful every time. He does know a lot about the process, and he knows a lot of people who can help you along the process too. If we were to buy a house again, we would definitively call him.
