She was very informative and professional during the showings, she has a keen eye with a positive attitude. She has integrity and if a question came along that she was unsure of the answer she had an answer as soon as she got it. She's got hustle and knows the business! Real estate is a lot of hurry up and wait, she took the time to explain about the process. She is kind, bubbly and positive, she truly loves her job and it shows!

JoJo went over and beyond to help me find, purchase, and close on my home on short notice. My home sold quickly and I wanted to relocate from out of state to Ashtabula Ohio. John did a great job through the whole purchase process. From helping to guide me on making an offer based on the market, the area, and the features through closing, John was accessible every step of the way. More importantly he was always available to answer my questions (and there were many). If I didn't get a hold of him on the first try he always returned my call quickly - always the same day. Jayne rocks!! She helped me sell my parents' house, and the entire process was incredibly quick, smooth and professional. I live out of town and couldn't get there easily, so Jayne went above and beyond by checking on the house since it was empty and kept me updated every step of the way.
