Sue is an amazing realtor. We have sold twice with her and bought twice. She doesn't just sit back and wait for someone to call about your house. She works to get people interested in it. She had great ideas when we were having trouble selling one of the times and they worked. She had great communication with us throughout the process, didn't push us into selling quicker than we were ready or try to convince us to buy something we weren't absolutely sure of. She put our needs and wants above her commission. I would highly recommend calling Sue for your buying or selling needs. She is the best!

We contacted Melissa to begin our search for a home around the end of July. She sent us addresses of available properties in the area we wanted. She helped answer our questions, arranged visits to these properties, and when we found the one we wanted, made the process very easy to send an offer, get inspections, and get to closing.
