We contacted Melissa to begin our search for a home around the end of July. She sent us addresses of available properties in the area we wanted. She helped answer our questions, arranged visits to these properties, and when we found the one we wanted, made the process very easy to send an offer, get inspections, and get to closing. She set aside time/days for us in case we needed to view more homes or to accompany us to an inspection. I felt I was in good hands, and we felt more like friends than just clients.
