Chad went above and beyond helping us sell our home. He was there helping us identify things to fix (and in one instance helped us do it). He setup a great photographer. He did all the little things that helped us get in contract above asking price the day after we listed it. And he helped us all the way through to closing. We had to be out and didn’t have time to clean so Chad had cleaners come in and do the job.
