Very Helpful!

Joann was a huge help in our search for an investment property. We saw several 2 and 3 plexes I had found, and they were not great. Joann listened to our goals and recommended a single family home she thought had great potential as a rental. After seeing the property, we put an offer and closed today. Communication was very good and she was extremely helpful, especially considering we live out of town. Joann is very kind and I would whole-heartedly recommend for any real estate needs.

Brian came highly recommended to us. We are new to the area and Brian was helpful and knowledgeable when speaking on behalf of the area, the differences of Findlay versus surrounding areas, and answered any question we came up with. Even after the purchase of our home, we have reached out to Brian for recommendations of plumbers, electricians, fireplace cleaners, etc. and he always was quick to respond and had a guy for us to contact. 100% would recommend working with Brian.
