Due to no fault of this wonderful agent, our last sale was a challenge. In the midst of building our new home, moving into temporary living, and having a baby, our stress was maxed out. Siara kept us in the loop on what was happening, making constant calls with buyer agents, lenders, etc.. correcting anything from clerical errors on appraisal reports to clarifying deed update requests from title agencies. Above and beyond is an understatement, and there’s a reason I’ve trusted her with the purchase and sale of 3 different homes.

She spent several hours with me, going over all the information and questions I had even though she knew I probably would not list that year and was considering selling without an agent. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way however she was very thorough in her information on the pros and cons of selling with and without an agent. When I did list with her in 2010 and again in 2011 she was always very respectful of my wishes, understanding my unique situation she was always willing to advise me but never pressuring me to lower my price. During this time she also willingly and patiently showed me many homes though she knew I was not ready to buy until my home sold. I found Robbin to be both aggressive in her approach and sensitive to my timing. I will definitely call on her in the future.
