Working with Jan Kanas on the sale of our condo was a fantastic experience. She took the time to understand the property and was quite knowledgeable about Bexley, including neighborhood businesses, schools, and recreational opportunities. Her market knowledge was impressive, as she guided us through the process with patience and clear explanations. Our situation was especially complex because we were living outside the US during the time the condo was on the market. I definitely recommend Jan Kanas for anyone looking for a dedicated, professional, and effective real estate agent.

Loren was very responsive, he kept us in the loop as far as what was going on with the property. Would highly recommend him.

We used Phil Mann to buy our new house and to sell our old house. We feel so confident in his knowledge of the real estate market, his ability to negotiate a win/win situation so buy and seller both feel good about the details, and always very timely in responding to questions and getting answers. We highly recommend using Phil for any of your upcoming real estate deals! He will make sure the whole process runs smoothly!
