Elton is excellent with communication, market knowledge, and always makes you feel comfortable when making decisions about the overall process. When buying or selling a home, (I’ve done both through him) Elton will ALWAYS be my agent. Always a good experience!

My father passed away, leaving a condo that had not bee updated in decades. I was expecting to just sell it at a fairly low price since I did not have the time or energy to fix it up myself. Then I met Elton. He explained that selling low was an option, but that he had people who did all of the things that needed to be done. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost to refurbish the place, and the resulting expected increase in sales value. I liked that idea, so I wrote a check to cover the costs of the work, and he got to it. He had someone remove all the old furniture and other unwanted stuff from the condo. (And there was a lot.) Then he had painters and flooring people come in. I replaced a garbage disposal, a faucet and drain set in a sink, and a ceiling light fixture since I could do that stuff, but Elton could have taken care of that too, had I wanted him to do it. Once all the flooring and painting was done, he had someone come in to do a thorough cleaning. Then staging people came with furniture and other things to make the place look lived-in. In the end, Elton's estimate of the cost for doing all that was done was within a few hundred dollars of the initial total he had given. The estimate was within 2% of the expected cost. Once the condo was listed, it sold for much more than the low-ball sale price plus the cost of the refurbishment, so I came out well ahead by doing it. And, other than the things we had agreed that I would do, I didn't need to lift a finger for all this to happen. I heartily recommend Elton as a Realtor! If the situation I described sounds like yours, look him up.

Mindy is an excellent realtor. Her knowledge of the housing market in the area I was selling and the market to which I hoped to move exceeded my expectations. I was able to sell my house within the price range I wanted in a 2 month period. Her knowledge of and relationships with the sellers in the area I wanted to move was invaluable in finding a house that fit my needs. In addition, her knowledge of the lending and closing processes ensured that the closing on my house and the new house completed smoothly and on time. I will definitely recommend Mindy to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful time working with Julianna. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, respected our budget and was committed to helping us find the best fit within the right price range. We hadn't purchased a home in over 10 years and she did an excellent job explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Julianna was incredibly responsive, accommodated our schedules for showings and was always available to answer questions and provide helpful resources along the way. In a competitive market, her knowledge and guidance helped us navigate the process with confidence. She advocated for us during negotiations and helped us secure favorable terms. Most importantly, she made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. We always felt listened to, understood and supported throughout our entire journey. Her positive attitude, professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. We would absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her to family, friends or anyone looking for a realtor who truly has their clients' best interests at heart.

We highly recommend buying your home with Jen!
