I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details.
