We came to Jennifer with help completing two impossible tasks: Help us buy the house of our dreams, and help us sell the house that was no longer right for us. We lived in Toledo at the time. I missed wide open spaces and listening to songbirds in the morning, and my husband missed not having to drive almost an hour to get to his job. We found the house of our dreams before we had our house in Toledo on the market. We met Jennifer when we toured a beautiful home she had listed in Wood County. The house was perfect, the location for our jobs was perfect, and Jennifer was friendly and perfect. We made an offer on the Wood County home and knew we just had to ask Jen if she could help us sell the house in Toledo. When we did, she initially hesitated, as she didn't wish to be a dual agent. But so convinced of Jennifer's talent and integrity, my husband and I pressed, and she finally agreed, but only after making sure we understood the ramifications of dual agency.
