Dan helped my husband and I find our first home last our October! We originally sought out Dan in 2023, but due to life changes we had to put a pause in house searching. In 2024, we were ready to start looking again and got reconnected to Dan! He was very knowledgeable about every house we looked at and was able to help give advice on if there was anything major going on with the houses going on. He knows a lot about the housing market. When we found the house we ended up buying, he was able to get us a showing the next day and helped us negotiate a great contract. The whole experience was easy and quick. Through the entire experience, Dan was very friendly and even still now will occasionally reach out and check in on us! He truly cares about his clients.

Montina was nothing short of amazing!! We hit a lot of bumps through the process, however Montina went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Montina treated me as family, she was in touch with me on a daily basis, every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend !
