We recently worked with Stephanie Bosworth again to purchase another rental property, and once again she exceeded our expectations. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, attentive to every detail, and always quick to respond to questions or concerns. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What we appreciate most is her commitment to her clients. She took the time to understand our investment goals, provided valuable guidance throughout the search and purchase process, and was always available when we needed her. Her insight and experience gave us confidence in every decision we made. We are grateful for all of her hard work and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. We look forward to working with her again on our future properties!

Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!

We recently bought an out of state property for vacation rental and had a wonderful experience working with Ravichandra. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and patient with all our questions. He guided us through every step of the home-buying process and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly — from negotiating terms to closing. His local knowledge and attention to detail made a huge difference, and we truly felt supported throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and highly recommend Ravichandra to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
