Polly did a fabulous job on selling the Homeworth house. She advised me as what to do to get the house ready for sale. And the house sold as soon as it was listed. The Louisville purchase was a disaster. I believe Po;;y should have pointed out more of the major shortcomings on this house. I feel she pushed this sale by indicating that we may of found another house that suited our needs quickly. I believe she limited the search based on price. It appears I am only rating Polly on the sale of Homeworth and not the disaster purchase of the Louisville house.
