This is my second time buying through Kaszyca Real Estate. Katie was my agent both times. She is a fantastic agent and I could not recommend her enough. It took me several months to find what I was looking for and over that period of time I had lots of questions and I knew that I could simply sent her a text or a voice message and she would be getting back to me in short order with insightful advice. When I finally found what I was looking for and was ready to put in an offer, Katie patiently walked me through all the steps and made sure I understood each step of the process. In the end she was able to handily negotiate a somewhat unique deal for me that perfectly fit my financial and life situation and I couldn't be happier.
