Marianne is the best ! Her up beat personality is infectious. She not only sold our home quickly, but was there to do every showing on our home. She was able to get us full asking price and her negotiation skills are like no other. Marianne got right back to us with any questions we had , and made us feel like we where her only clients! We highly recommend Marianne as she very passionate about what she does !

Mike was very helpful in selling our aunt's home. After he evaluated the home and he recommended a price that was significantly above what the web sites suggested. And a buyer offered and accepted that price. Mike went out of his way to help us prepare the home for sale and found contractors to do the repairs which were needed. I am not hesitant to recommend him.
