Jaime Clutter exceeded expectations for me and my Fiancé, we were first time home buyers, and she walked us through the whole process. She warned us of things that we wouldn't have thought about going into the process and was as determined to get us to our goals as we were to meet them. She was supportive of our decisions. Monica made herself available in a considerable time whenever I wanted to see a property. She had answers to my questions. She even sent m e properties that she thought I would be interested in buying. Once I chose a place, Monica stayed involved to make sure that documents were signed and that the mortgage company did the things they needed to do. She made this experience so much easier.
