She really listened to what I wanted and never tried to push me outside of my budget. She made sure I found a home that checked all the boxes and stayed within my price range. She handled every document carefully, explained everything along the way, and took care of all the communication with the sellers so I never had to worry.

Kristen was a dream to work with while selling our home. She got the ball rolling, we lost track of how many showings there were in the first couple weeks (!!!), and she kept us informed regularly through the entire process. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the area!

Monica made herself available in a considerable time whenever I wanted to see a property. She had answers to my questions. She even sent m e properties that she thought I would be interested in buying. Once I chose a place, Monica stayed involved to make sure that documents were signed and that the mortgage company did the things they needed to do. She made this experience so much easier.

Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.
