My move came about rather quickly and I was not very prepared to sell my home. I was given Milena’s name and number by a friend. She was immediately responsive with beginning the process of putting my home on the market. She guided me with things that I needed to do to prepare for sale even providing references for skilled workers for repairs. It had been decades since I bought or sold property and was very insecure about the process. But Milena gave me sound advice and solid guidance throughout the preparation and sale of my home. She was available and quick to respond to my questions/concerns. She possesses extensive knowledge of the housing market in my area. I am beyond grateful for having received her name and number by chance! The rating system goes to 5 stars but I would give her a thousand if I could! Thank you, Milena! You are truly the best at what you do!

We used Phil Mann to buy our new house and to sell our old house. We feel so confident in his knowledge of the real estate market, his ability to negotiate a win/win situation so buy and seller both feel good about the details, and always very timely in responding to questions and getting answers. We highly recommend using Phil for any of your upcoming real estate deals! He will make sure the whole process runs smoothly!

As first time home buyers, the process seemed not only difficult but frustrating and exhausting and we had many hiccups along the way. But Ken helped us through every obstacle and was readily available to help us with each part of the process and this helped greatly. His honesty was the biggest thing we bonded with. He didn't push us towards anything and explained everything in detail of the process as well as homes we viewed. He attended our closing with us with a nice congratulations in the end also. We adore our new home. We would work with Ken again if we needed to in the future and we recommend him. Thank you!
