Pat is knowledgeable, experienced & great to work with. I was moving from out of state & Pat took care of everything. She showed me condos & homes when I was in town visiting. Took care of the home inspection, negotiating the price, and was able to reduce the price due to items that needed replaced or repaired. She also was able to coordinate possession with my moving truck furniture delivery date. Buying my home was a smooth experience with Pat.
