The stressful time of searching for a home in an inflated market was made easier because of his tenacity and willingness to be respectfully truthful about the homes I put offers on. In the end, we found the perfect home for me. I attribute this to him because I almost bought homes that were not right for me because I was getting a little desperate. When that happened Christian was the voice of reason about the cost and the “not letting go of my personal wish list”. I can’t actually say enough good things about my experience with Christian Knutti. I would recommend him to anyone who was taking the leap to buy or sell.
