Melissa went above and beyond in navigating a very challenging deal with a very hostile and ignorant agent representing the seller. She called out multiple errors and omissions in the disclosure and identified some inherent issues with the property that would have cost me thousands in remediation costs. She is a very smart and accessible agent that does everything with the best interest of her clients in mind. She handles difficult personalities and refuses to get bullied by other agents.

Marlene was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything and more a realtor should be-patient, considerate, driven and hard working, plus a whole lot more. Spunky, passionate and excellent open communication.
