Christian is a saavy negotiator when it comes to putting in offers and accepting offers. He is reliable, hardworking, and knowledgeable of the law and the market. Perhaps his best attribute however is that he listens to his clients and learns about them- and in that -was very aware of my life and what I required in selling and buying my homes. His attention to detail is unparalleled. For six months, nearly every day we communicated. He always answered my calls or called right back. He is funny and kind and industrious. The stressful time of searching for a home in an inflated market was made easier because of his tenacity and willingness to be respectfully truthful about the homes I put offers on. In the end, we found the perfect home for me. I attribute this to him because I almost bought homes that were not right for me because I was getting a little desperate. When that happened Christian was the voice of reason about the cost and the “not letting go of my personal wish list”. I can’t actually say enough good things about my experience with Christian Knutti. I would recommend him to anyone who was taking the leap to buy or sell.

Lisa is like family to me at this point! I never thought at 25 Y/O I would have the opportunity to rent a house let alone buy one! Lisa walked me through every single step along the way day and night with my horrid work schedule and anytime we hit a bump in the road she took care of it faster then you could drop a penny!
