John did a great job through the whole purchase process. From helping to guide me on making an offer based on the market, the area, and the features through closing, John was accessible every step of the way. More importantly he was always available to answer my questions (and there were many). If I didn't get a hold of him on the first try he always returned my call quickly - always the same day. I can't recommend his knowledge and experience enough for anyone looking for a realtor to help them through the home buying process!

Stephanie came highly recommend from a colleague and she did not disappoint! She is quick to communicate, flexible with scheduling house tours, and ensured our needs and wants were prioritized while hunting for our first home. I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

Monica made herself available in a considerable time whenever I wanted to see a property. She had answers to my questions. She even sent m e properties that she thought I would be interested in buying. Once I chose a place, Monica stayed involved to make sure that documents were signed and that the mortgage company did the things they needed to do. She made this experience so much easier.

This is the third time we have worked with Dan, and will continue to choose him whenever possible. This sale started with another agent, who was more local to the area we were selling in. However, after nearly 8 months on the market and 4 failed contracts. We asked Dan to step in to try and sell the property, within 2 months we we in contract and just closed. Having someone like Dan, communicating with the buyers, and their agent really does help move things along, I can't express how great of an experience it was working with Dan.
