After losing my husband six months ago. My focus was moving close to my daughter and entire different state. Jody was informative, compassionate and truly looked out for my best interest. So thankful to have had Jody help guide me through the process and greatly appreciated her patience.

Jody responds quickly when you have questions. She is great at researching the property and area. Due to her experience and knowledge, she’s great at giving you her honest opinions to point out details you might overlook. She’s always kind, professional and helpful during the whole process. She truly cares about her clients like family and wants the best possible outcome. She makes sure her clients feel supported, confident and excited about their new future home. She’s wonderful at negotiating and knows the market well. I will recommend her to any of my friends and family looking to sell or buy property!

Working with Jody was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Selling a home can be stressful, especially when our first buyer unexpectedly lost their financing, but Jody handled the situation with professionalism and confidence. She quickly pivoted, got our home back on the market, and kept us informed every step of the way. We were incredibly grateful for how quickly she was able to generate interest in our home. We received multiple offers within just one day of listing, which speaks to her knowledge of the market, effective marketing strategy, and dedication to her clients. Jody truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We couldn’t recommend Jody highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you’re searching for a knowledgeable, responsive, and hardworking realtor, she’s the one you want on your side!

Mary Yoder is a friend of whom we had great respect and consequenty engaged her as listing agent for our lakefront property. Having time on our side, we listed very high, and planned frequent reductions, as needed. Mary was candid about the risks involved but very supportive. She was extremely creative as the need to market differently evolved....and we may be one of the few who sold their home with the initial photo being not the street house view, but instead, the view of the lake (our biggest selling point). Clearly the buyer bought for those reasons. At closing, a major crisis arose which required enormous special attention and superb selling skills...and Mary excelled in both. We are truly grateful and will glady reccomend her to others.

Romi was knowledgeable in the market conditions, was very proactive with her communication and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Pam was very responsive to the many questions we had, most of them answered almost immediately. She did a great job with the open house, even lending a few of her own items to display since the house was a cleaned-out estate home. She gave very good ideas for what to clean, etc and what to leave since we’re were selling the home as-is. Pam was generous with her advice about the pros and cons of each offer we received. Would definitely recommend her to anyone and will use her again if we ever decide to sell our own house.
