Lori was amazing from start to finish. I actually contacted her about a house she was selling a couple years ago (it didn't work out), but I like her so much I kept her contact info for when I was ready to sell my own home. She never pressured me or tried to give me a sales pitch in order to retain her services. When I was ready to sell, she helped me ensure my house was ready for sale, helped me stay on track with getting it ready and even when we had a household crisis of sorts (husband tore his bicep tendon, I was newly pregnant and I have a special needs son already), she and her husband came out to the house to help me clear out a few extra things that were left behind when we had no other help to lift/carry things out.
