I actually contacted her about a house she was selling a couple years ago (it didn't work out), but I like her so much I kept her contact info for when I was ready to sell my own home. She never pressured me or tried to give me a sales pitch in order to retain her services. When I was ready to sell, she helped me ensure my house was ready for sale, helped me stay on track with getting it ready and even when we had a household crisis of sorts (husband tore his bicep tendon, I was newly pregnant and I have a special needs son already), she and her husband came out to the house to help me clear out a few extra things that were left behind when we had no other help to lift/carry things out. She was always professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to help reduce work and stress on my end. We sold our house for right where we wanted and expected too. Would use again in the future if we ever sell our current house.

Tony is an example of what everyone wants in a realtor. His extensive experience and knowledge of not just the housing market, but the renovation and construction of homes, makes him a very valuable resource. What really sets him apart is how he applies his skills to your own case, and truly does the absolute best he can to help you make a good decision. He will never try to sell you a house that he knows has problems, and he’ll suggest things that could be fixed much more easily than they may seem. It’s plainly obvious that he puts his interests last, oftentimes to his detriment. I don’t even remember how many houses we looked at, but Tony somehow kept on, and did his best to find me a home. At the end of it all, I couldn’t be happier with the result. He walked me through all the fine details, made sure I knew what to do with my utilities and my payments, and generally just helped a first time home buyer figure it all out. I’m incredibly grateful to Tony for his work, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.
