Lori was amazing from start to finish. I actually contacted her about a house she was selling a couple years ago (it didn't work out), but I like her so much I kept her contact info for when I was ready to sell my own home. She never pressured me or tried to give me a sales pitch in order to retain her services. When I was ready to sell, she helped me ensure my house was ready for sale, helped me stay on track with getting it ready and even when we had a household crisis of sorts (husband tore his bicep tendon, I was newly pregnant and I have a special needs son already), she and her husband came out to the house to help me clear out a few extra things that were left behind when we had no other help to lift/carry things out. She was always professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to help reduce work and stress on my end. We sold our house for right where we wanted and expected too. Would use again in the future if we ever sell our current house.

I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. None of this could not have happened with out Stephanie's no-nonsense mentality. She truly is a professional!!

As first time home buyers, the process seemed not only difficult but frustrating and exhausting and we had many hiccups along the way. But Ken helped us through every obstacle and was readily available to help us with each part of the process and this helped greatly. His honesty was the biggest thing we bonded with. He didn't push us towards anything and explained everything in detail of the process as well as homes we viewed. He attended our closing with us with a nice congratulations in the end also. We adore our new home. We would work with Ken again if we needed to in the future and we recommend him. Thank you!
