Jamie has been an absolutely wonderful agent to work with from start to finish. My boyfriend and I are first time homebuyers and Jamie made the process bearable and straightforward, but also fun and exciting! Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!

Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions.
