Katie knew the market and was patient . She wasn’t after the quick sale by wanting to lower the price frequently. She had great advice about showing the house and our opinion about the house was important to her .

What a great choice of realtor to sell our home. Julie and Katie are an excellent team. Very knowledgeable and patient with our little quirks. Kept us informed and provided ready knowledge as well as giving direction when needed. Spent most of our time with Katie who showed understanding of our decision to sell our home. She communicated at every turn. We felt comfortable with her and her team. Thank you CutlerRealty team! Chris & Sherry

This is my second time buying through Kaszyca Real Estate. Katie was my agent both times. She is a fantastic agent and I could not recommend her enough. She's extremely easy to talk to and very personable, sometimes we would just sit down and talk about life for a while before we ever got to talking about housing. It took me several months to find what I was looking for and over that period of time I had lots of questions and I knew that I could simply sent her a text or a voice message and she would be getting back to me in short order with insightful advice. When I finally found what I was looking for and was ready to put in an offer, Katie patiently walked me through all the steps and made sure I understood each step of the process. In the end she was able to handily negotiate a somewhat unique deal for me that perfectly fit my financial and life situation and I couldn't be happier.
