3 years ago sold our home listed at $435,000 but sold for $465000.00 ROBERT ANDREWS Mother in law passed away last year. Sold her home quickly and with us having to do no repairs making a difficult time much easier. ROBERT ANDREWS After renting for 2 years and retired decided to buy our forever home at 70 years old and we did, ROBERT ANDREWS Looking for the right agent who is working for you and not a commission then your guy is ROBERT ANDREWS Thanks for everything.

Buying a house was a daunting prospect, as I had never done it before and everything was last minute due to some life circumstances. Many realtors I called were difficult to get ahold of. Then I called Robert. He picked up quickly, and immediately had a game plan for me. The process of looking through houses with him was enjoyable, and something I will frankly miss now that I've closed. Despite not being an inspector, Rob was able to provide useful input as to potential problems with a purchase. At no point did he rush me, or try to force a sale. He did an excellent job helping me find a good deal, even if it meant we were searching a bit longer. During the closing process he couldn't have been more helpful. I had an unusually complex closing case, and he was there every step of the way to provide expert feedback to protect me financially. As a young educated professional, many of my friends will soon be entering the housing market, and I have made it clear that Rob is the best choice for an agent. If you are his employer, I cannot recommend him enough for some kind of increased compensation. If you are a potential buyer, save yourself a headache and go with him. You'll be laughing and having fun during viewings, and can take solace in the process that comes after, as you'll be in good hands. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent to help us sell our mom’s condo! From start to finish, Rob made the entire process feel easy, organized, and stress-free. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, and he went above and beyond to make sure the condo was presented in the best possible way. Rob kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and truly had our best interests at heart. Selling our mom’s condo was emotional and overwhelming. We always felt confident that we were in great hands. If you’re looking to sell your home, I highly recommend Rob! We are so grateful for everything ❤️
