Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!

Without her as our agent we would not have been able to get our dream home - there were many occasions where she put us before herself. Any question / concern we had throughout the whole process she was a text away and always eased our minds. Matt was quick to communicate and respond to any changes of the sales process. He gave very good advice for a counteroffer so that we got the sales price we wanted and closed in only 15 days. It was less than 30 days from the time the house went on the market to closing the deal. He even helped us move several items out of the house.
