Dani was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. She’s an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, well prepared, and a great listener. She’s took the time to understand what I wanted to accomplish as a seller and executed a plan to perfection to meet my goals. She made some important suggestions in getting the property ready for listing which helped avoid closing delays and provided timely advice along the way. She not only understood the market but anticipated what would be important to prospective buyers and marketed the property in a way that generated more buyer interest than I ever expected. Danielle is smart, on the ball, and quick to respond to any questions that may arise.
