Read was very helpful in selling the house. It was very knowledgeable about the kind of people who would buy it and about what they would pay. He sold it and what I believed was record time. I was very grateful for all his help and he answered any question I had. He always returned my calls very quickly.

We had an incredible experience working with Reed Havel to purchase our home. From start to finish, Reed was completely dedicated to our purchase, always making us feel like a priority. He responded quickly to all our questions and concerns, no matter the time or complexity. His knowledge of the market and the home-buying process was evident and incredibly reassuring. Reed excelled in negotiations, ensuring we got the best possible outcome. He also took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, making what could have been overwhelming feel manageable and clear. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in our home-buying journey and highly recommend Reed Havel to anyone looking for a skilled, responsive, and knowledgeable real estate professional!

Reed is wonderful to work with! He helped us buy our house and then sell it 4 years later and he did a great job on both accounts! He kept us in the loop about everything, answered all of our questions and was always available to help us with anything! We would recommend Reed to any of our friends or family and have done so!
