I have years of real estate experience but didn’t know the Portage Lakes market. I happened to meet Melissa at a Kiwanis event; knowing she was also a member of this old and venerable organization gave me some ease with her from the beginning. She performed a market analysis and discussed the pros and cons of various price points. After we agreed on the price and terms, she went to work marketing and it didn’t take long for her to produce several offers above my asking price. It closed with few bumps along the way.
