Without her as our agent we would not have been able to get our dream home - there were many occasions where she put us before herself. Any question / concern we had throughout the whole process she was a text away and always eased our minds. We constantly talked about how Martina was so good at her job and how real estate is definitely her passion. Even joking about how we would be “mini real estate agents” after we were done because of how well informed she is. Working with Martina was a joy and we could not be in our dream home without her. But Ken helped us through every obstacle and was readily available to help us with each part of the process and this helped greatly. His honesty was the biggest thing we bonded with. He didn't push us towards anything and explained everything in detail of the process as well as homes we viewed. He attended our closing with us with a nice congratulations in the end also. Tony is an example of what everyone wants in a realtor. His extensive experience and knowledge of not just the housing market, but the renovation and construction of homes, makes him a very valuable resource. What really sets him apart is how he applies his skills to your own case, and truly does the absolute best he can to help you make a good decision. He will never try to sell you a house that he knows has problems, and he’ll suggest things that could be fixed much more easily than they may seem. It’s plainly obvious that he puts his interests last, oftentimes to his detriment. I don’t even remember how many houses we looked at, but Tony somehow kept on, and did his best to find me a home. At the end of it all, I couldn’t be happier with the result. He walked me through all the fine details, made sure I knew what to do with my utilities and my payments, and generally just helped a first time home buyer figure it all out. I’m incredibly grateful to Tony for his work, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.
