DJ was a referral from a co-worker when I was in the market to purchase a home and then when I sold that home I went back to her as my realtor. On the purchase side she was able to point out things I would not have noticed that helped me in my decision. We had looked at 10 different homes in probably 6 different cities as I was set on my wants :) She never once complained about the amount of houses we looked at. When it was time to sell my home she took everyone one of my calls (and yes there were a lot). Gave me ideas on how to present the home to allow home buyers to envision themselves in the home which I know was the what increased the amount requests I had received to view the house. She was great in helping with all the paperwork and explained all of the costs and what would happen next. She really is great!

Daniela is everything a real estate agent should be. Honest. Sincere. Personable. And most of all Dedicated, & always Reachable. Daniela helped me sell my mothers home on Parma Park Boulevard in winter of 2014 to 2015. I am so thankful for all that she has done for my family and in such a respectful and honorable way. It’s always hard selling your family home of 50+ years. My mom was already in a facility and suffering with Alzheimer’s. Daniela did everything for me as mom‘s daughter, and the way mom would like to have it done. With her guidance we got it sold in a “very” very, timely fashion.
